Profile
Your personal profile — your name, email, and avatar — plus how you sign in.
The Profile tab (Settings → Profile) is your personal account, not the workspace. The same account can belong to several workspaces, and your profile travels with you.
Personal profile

| First name / Last name | Shown to teammates and used as the "human owner" name when you take over a conversation. |
| Shown read-only. It's the address you signed up with and sign in with. | |
| Avatar | Upload a photo, or choose Use workspace icon to reuse the workspace logo. Shown in conversation cards when you handle a chat. |
A real avatar makes handoff feel less anonymous to buyers — they see a face, not a generic icon, when you step into the conversation.
Your email is read-only here. If you need to change the address on your account, contact support from your current email.
Preferences
A Preferences card sits on this page and is marked Coming soon — personal options like language and notifications will live here once they ship. Nothing to configure yet.
Signing in
You sign in to the same account two ways:
- Email and password — the email and password you signed up with.
- Magic link — instead of a password, enter your email and Tuku sends a one-time sign-in link. Click it and you're in.
Magic link is the simplest way back if you forget your password.
