Create a Tuku account, set up your workspace, and connect TikTok in under five minutes.

You don't need a credit card to sign up. The Free plan is real — 100 Monthly Active Contacts, every feature, no time limit.

Before you start

Have these ready:

The email you want to use for the workspace. Whoever owns this email owns the workspace.
A TikTok Business account with access to log in. Tuku connects through TikTok's Business Messaging API, so a Personal/Creator account won't work — switch it to Business in the TikTok app first if needed. See Connect TikTok.

Step 1 — Create your account

Go to app.tuku.co and click Sign up.
Enter your email and pick a password.
That's it — you're logged in straight away and land in onboarding.

Prefer not to manage a password? You can also sign in with a magic link — enter your email and Tuku sends you a one-time link to click. See Your account → Signing in.

Step 2 — Set up your workspace

A workspace is the container for one brand's automations, contacts, inbox, and billing. A single account can be a member of multiple workspaces, but most operators just need one.

Onboarding walks you through a short wizard:

Name your workspace — usually your brand or shop name (Hydra Cosmetics, Bua Café, etc.).
Connect TikTok (next step below).
Tell us about your business — your category and your main goal, so Tuku can suggest the right starter template.
Pick a starter template to begin from, or start blank.

You'll land in the workspace on the Free plan.

Step 3 — Connect TikTok

The onboarding wizard walks you through this. The full reference is in Connect TikTok, but in short:

Click Connect TikTok. A TikTok login popup opens.
Sign in with the TikTok Business account that posts your videos.
Approve the permissions Tuku asks for — read your profile and video list, read and manage comments, send DMs.

Once you approve, the popup closes and your TikTok account shows as connected.

Step 4 — Run your first automation

The fastest way to know if Tuku fits your workflow is to make one real automation fire on one real comment.

Inviting teammates (optional)

You can invite teammates from Settings → Members → Invite member.

They get an email with a one-click join link.
They sign in with their own email, not yours.
The Free plan supports 1 seat. Pro and Enterprise both include unlimited seats.

"This TikTok account is already linked to a different workspace." Each TikTok account can only live in one Tuku workspace at a time. Have the existing workspace disconnect it, or use a different TikTok account.
The TikTok popup closed without connecting. Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked for app.tuku.co, then click Connect TikTok again.
