TukuManual

Home

Your dashboard after login — a greeting, your last 7 days at a glance, first steps, and template quick-starts.

Home is the first screen you land on after logging in (the /[workspace] route). It's a quick read on where your workspace stands and what to do next, not a deep report — for that, see Analytics.

Greeting

The top of the page greets you by name — "Hello, {your name}!" — with a one-line subtitle summarising your setup: how many TikTok channels are connected and how many contacts you have.

Your last 7 days

Three stat cards summarise the trailing week:

Active Contacts

Unique contacts active in the period, shown as X of your plan's MAC limit.

Automations Fired

How many times your automations triggered, alongside your active-automation count.

Conversations

Total conversations in the period.

These mirror the metrics that drive billing — see Plans & billing → Monthly Active Contacts for how Active Contacts (MAC) are counted.

First steps

A checklist walks first-time workspaces through the three things that make Tuku work end-to-end. It shows your progress as "X of 3 completed":

  1. Connect a TikTok account — see Connect TikTok.
  2. Create your first automation — see Your first automation.
  3. Answer your first DM — reply to a buyer from the shared inbox.

Once all three are done, the checklist steps out of the way.

Start here — template quick-starts

A set of one-click starters drops a proven flow into your workspace so you don't build from a blank canvas:

  • Auto-DM links from comments — turn comment keywords into a link in DMs.
  • Capture leads from comments — qualify commenters and collect their intent.
  • Respond to all DMs — make sure no inbound DM goes unanswered.
  • FAQ auto-reply bot — answer common questions automatically.
  • Grow followers from comments — nudge commenters to follow.
  • Explore all Templates — open the full template library.

Quick actions

Shortcuts to your next best moves — jump straight to connecting an account, creating an automation, opening the inbox, or browsing templates — without hunting through the sidebar.

Connect-TikTok banner

If no TikTok account is connected yet, Home shows a Connect TikTok banner at the top. Nothing automates until an account is connected, so this is the first thing to clear. Follow Connect TikTok; the banner disappears once an account is linked.
