General
Your workspace name, workspace logo, and the danger zone for deleting the workspace.
The General tab (Settings → General) holds your workspace profile — the name and logo that represent this brand across Tuku. Any teammate can open it, but only the Owner, Administrators, and Managers can edit the name and logo.
A workspace is the container for one brand's automations, contacts, inbox, and billing. These settings apply to every teammate in it.
Workspace name
Your workspace name is what you set during onboarding — usually your brand or shop name. It shows in the sidebar and on invoices. Edit it here and save; existing links keep working.
Workspace logo
Upload a logo for the workspace. It appears in the sidebar next to the workspace name and helps your team tell workspaces apart when they belong to more than one.
Use a square image — a profile picture or brand mark works best.
Danger zone — Delete workspace
At the bottom of the page, the Danger zone holds Delete workspace.
Deleting a workspace is permanent. It removes the workspace and everything in it — automations, flows, contacts, conversation history, and the TikTok connection. This can't be undone.
Before you delete, consider whether you only want to stop paying: cancelling a paid plan drops you to Free and keeps your data. See Plans & billing → Cancelling a paid plan.
App version
At the very bottom of the page you'll see the current app version (Tuku v1.2.3). Handy when you're reporting a bug — quote it so support knows exactly which build you're on. It updates automatically with each release.
